This is a practical, skills and classroom based course developing senior managers and leaders to enable them to be more effective. Advanced subjects covered include Strategic and operational planning, mission planning, corporate and individual targets, resource allocation, time management and long-term planning and development.
Our different training style takes senior managers and team leaders out of their comfort zone and places them in problem focussed scenarios, requiring them to practice the skills they already have and develop the skills they have been taught.
Staff give feedback using formal leadership assessment criteria enabling the leaders and senior managers to develop individual skills which are directly transferable to their work environment.
This hands on, scenario and classroom based training, allows leaders and senior managers the opportunity to build on existing skills, learn new ones and practice all of these. Being away from their normal work environment, leaders and senior managers can make mistakes and learn what works best for them with no commercial consequences.
