Introduction to Management and Leadership

Basic management skills which can be taken from the classroom to the work area are essential for growth in a team.

This is a practical, skills based course in managing and leading a team primarily designed for individuals with teams of one to ten people.
We use classroom and outside areas to enable participants to learn the skills and then practice them by actually managing a team through different tasks.

Our training takes individuals out of their comfort zone and places them in differing and challenging scenarios. In these scenarios, with limited time and resources, they are required to achieve set objectives.

As a practical, hands on, scenario based course, participants will gain self confidence in dealing with issues. Being away from their normal work environment, allows participants to make mistakes and learn from these with no commercial consequences.
