I wanted to get in touch with you to let you know how much I enjoyed the away day course on Monday at Ladybower.  I was a little concerned at first if I could keep up with all you fit guys, but I was quite proud of myself that I managed just fine.  I felt the tasks were so varied and kept the adrenalin pumping in order to complete them in a timely manner (which is a lot like the duties I carry out here at work).  Both you and the rest of the team made sure we were well looked after all day, ensuring we had plenty of water and kept happy along the way.  After taking the course I now feel much more confident of dealing with situations and problems which arise.  I also feel I can manage my apprentice in a much more managerial way.I would have no hesitation in recommending the course and I thank you very much for such a lovely day.
