Another fantastic group from Leicester investing in themselves and having a safe place to work. Dealing with customer expectations can be stressful and difficult at times, however taking a professional approach, Emotional intelligence and with positive communication is key.

  1. Thank you Andy and the team, for again delivering another bespoke course for our Housing Officers on understanding conflict management.
    The training is always greatly received by our teams, who are customer facing and customer focused.
    Anyone would benefit from undertaking this type of training, to prepare them for business and life in general, sometimes at the sharp end.
    Expert Leadership are the first port of call for me at Leicester City Council.
